009 - Wrathful Winds

We may never know where they came from, or who they truly fought for, but in the end, they slaughtered hundreds of soldiers on both sides. Like a force of nature, their bloodshed was indiscriminate, powerful, and always unexpected.

One of the scenes I really loved visually from The Rise of Skywalker was how they revealed Palpatine. Francois and I also adore the designs of the Kights of Ren so we thought it would be interesting to merge these two ideas into one painting symbolizing the deep rooted ties all of these characters have.
